Caterpillar is on a quest to find the best — the best equipment operator in the world. Think you have what it takes? Sign up for the Holt of California Operator Challenge and show off your agility, speed and accuracy in a series of skill-based tests. Local winners move on to the regional finals and from there have a change to compete at the Global Operator Challenge at CONEXPO in 2026!
