For a chance to compete at the 2025 Holt of California Operator Challenge you must live within our territory and have experience operating Cat equipment. Our territory includes the following counties: Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mariposa, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Toulumne, Yolo and Yuba.
