If your experience is limited you can start as a utility person working in one of our shops, assisting technicians and learning more about the different trades. From there you can move into one of our Apprenticeship Programs where you will be given increasingly more challenging projects. As your skill develops we can help you develop a skill path towards becoming a Journeyman. Between all our operating divisions, Holt of California service technicians perform mobile and on-site services for construction equipment, diesel engines, power systems, ag equipment, forklifts, and more.
